The development will consist of 50 homes of different types. The homes will be built in four phases. The Sunset Hills residence is located in a privileged area, which is still in full expansion, close to the beaches of Torrevieja, Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca. In the area you have all conceivable amenities within reach: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, ATMs, open-air shopping center La Zenia, the university hospital of Torrevieja, golf courses. Due to the nearby AP-7 there is a very good connection to the airports of Alicante and Murcia in about 40 minutes.
