The development will consist of 50 homes of different types. The homes will be built in four phases. The homes will be delivered with air conditioning by air ducts and heat recovery installed, fully finished bathrooms and kitchen appliances. The Sunset Hills residence is located in a privileged area, which is still in full expansion, close to the beaches of Torrevieja, Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca. In the area you have all conceivable amenities within reach: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, ATMs, open-air shopping center La Zenia, the university hospital of Torrevieja, golf courses. Due to the nearby AP-7 there is a very good connection to the airports of Alicante and Murcia in about 40 minutes.
